Teaching Schedule 

Insight Oakland:  Every Monday,  5:20 – 6:30 pm

Contact me to be added to my mailing list and get weekly links to Insight Oakland’s Zoom meetings.

Meditation begins at 5:30 pm, followed by group discussion from 6-6:30. This is a welcoming, dana-based group familiar with the 12 steps. The group can chat from 5:20-5:30 and after 6:30.
